Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 large chunk of ginger minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- 2 cups coke
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup shaoxing wine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon siracha hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make asian coke chicken wings.

Step 1Place chicken in a pot of boiling water and cook about 10 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

Step 2Add oil to pan and saute ginger, garlic, and green onions. Add chicken to pan.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch and water. Simmer until thickened and chicken is completely done. Remove chicken with slotted spoon. Combine cornstarch and water. Add to sauce and cook to thicken. Serve over chicken
