Awesome lettuce wrap recipe. Quick and easy to make. Can use pork or beef also.

kikkoman stirfry sauce
1 Tbsp
dry sherry
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
fish sauce
1 Tbsp
oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp
1 tsp
garlic chili paste
1/2 tsp
sesame oil
1 lb
ground chicken
scallions chopped
inch knob of ginger minced
2 clove
garlic minced
8 large
romaine lettuce leaves
2 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Asian Chicken Wraps


  • 1Mix first 8 ingredients together and set aside.
  • 2Place olive oil in hot pan. Saute the garlic, ginger and scallions about 1 minute. Add the ground chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  • 3Add the sauce ingredients and cook until warmed and thickened
  • 4Serve in lettuce leaves
