Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kikkoman stirfry sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili paste
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 6 - scallions chopped
- 1 - inch knob of ginger minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make asian chicken wraps

Step 1Mix first 8 ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2Place olive oil in hot pan. Saute the garlic, ginger and scallions about 1 minute. Add the ground chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.

Step 3Add the sauce ingredients and cook until warmed and thickened

Step 4Serve in lettuce leaves
