Awesome lettuce wrap recipe. Quick and easy to make. Can use pork or beef also.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup kikkoman stirfry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chili paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 6 - scallions chopped
  • 1 - inch knob of ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make asian chicken wraps

  • Step 1
    Mix first 8 ingredients together and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place olive oil in hot pan. Saute the garlic, ginger and scallions about 1 minute. Add the ground chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Step 3
    Add the sauce ingredients and cook until warmed and thickened
  • Step 4
    Serve in lettuce leaves
