1/2 ckikkoman stirfry sauce

1 Tbspdry sherry

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspfish sauce

1 Tbspoyster sauce

1/2 Tbspcornstarch

1 tspgarlic chili paste

1/2 tspsesame oil

1 lbground chicken
-
6scallions chopped
-
1inch knob of ginger minced

2 clovegarlic minced

8 largeromaine lettuce leaves

2 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Asian Chicken Wraps
- Mix first 8 ingredients together and set aside.
- Place olive oil in hot pan. Saute the garlic, ginger and scallions about 1 minute. Add the ground chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the sauce ingredients and cook until warmed and thickened
- Serve in lettuce leaves
