  • 1/2 c
    kikkoman stirfry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    garlic chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 lb
    ground chicken
  • 6
    scallions chopped
  • 1
    inch knob of ginger minced
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 8 large
    romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Asian Chicken Wraps


  1. Mix first 8 ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Place olive oil in hot pan. Saute the garlic, ginger and scallions about 1 minute. Add the ground chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add the sauce ingredients and cook until warmed and thickened
  4. Serve in lettuce leaves
