Ingredients
- 8 ounces chicken cubed
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium red pepper julienned
- - sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- - garnish
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
How To Make asian chicken in garlic sauce

Step 1Rub the chicken with the soda and let marinate 20 minutes. Rinse well. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili oil, cornstarch, mirin, and oyster sauce and set aside

Step 2Add oil to pan and saute red pepper for 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.

Step 3Stir sauce in and let cook until thickened. Serve over rice or noodles garnish with cilantro
