Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 - inch piece ginger minced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup scallions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make asian bbq hot wings

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bake wings until done about 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix first 12 ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Mix cornstarch and water. Add to sauce to thicken. Toss in wings and coat well. Garnish with chopped scallions
