Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 - inch piece ginger minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup scallions chopped
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make asian bbq hot wings

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bake wings until done about 30 minutes.

Step 2Mix first 12 ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 3Mix cornstarch and water. Add to sauce to thicken. Toss in wings and coat well. Garnish with chopped scallions
