2 cmarinated artichoke hearts
4 largechicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 pkgmonterey jack cheese
1 tspdijon mustard
1 boxitalian bread crumbs
How to Make Artichoke Chicken
- In a food processor add drained marinated artichoke hearts, mustard, mayonaise, cheese and parsley and blend to between a coarse and smooth mixture.
- Filet chicken breasts and stuff with mixture.
- Roll in bread crumbs, totally covering chicken and place in oven on a baking sheet. You may want to use toothpicks to hold together. Bake at 375 until chicken is done. Add salt and pepper to taste.
