Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken and Spinach
1 lbraw chicken, cut in cubes
3/4 cchopped onions
2 largecloves garlic, chopped
1 - 14 ozcan reduced sodium chicken broth
8 ozdried angel hair pasta, broken in half
1 - 9 ozpackage of prewashed spinach
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/3 cwhipping cream
2 tspolive oil
How to Make Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken and Spinach
- In a 4 quart Dutch oven, cook chicken, onions and garlic in hot oil over medium-high heat until chicken browned and onion is tender.
- Add broth and water to Dutch oven; bring to boiling.
- Add pasta; cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add spinach and pepper; cook about 1 minute more or until spinach wilts.
- Stir in cream.
