amy's crisp & delicious rotisserie chicken
My family loves this one. It's my husband's favorite way to eat chicken on the bone. I use a show time Rotisserie. You may have to adjust the time on yours.

Ingredients
- 1 - 2 lb. whole roaster/fryer chicken
- - seasoned salt
- - fresh ground pepper
- - paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
How To Make amy's crisp & delicious rotisserie chicken

Step 1Wipe chicken with a cool damp cloth.

Step 2Sprinkle chicken generously with seasonings and dot with butter.

Step 3Truss chicken and place on spit in rotisserie.

Step 4Set rotisserie to cook for 2 hours. Remove from spit and let chicken rest for a few minutes.

Step 5Carve chicken into quarters and serve!
