1 1/2-2 kgchicken pieces (any kind, with or without skin )
375 gfruit chutney
1 pkgdry french onion soup ( 40 grams )
How to Make Australian Chicken
- Place chicken pieces into oven proof dish.
- Mix together ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Cover with Alfoil and bake in hot oven (180-200)
for approx. 1 hour.
PLEASE NOTE : OVEN TEMP IS CELCIUS - SOME MAY HAVE TO CONVERT !!!!
- Lower temperature, remove alfoil and bake a further 15 mins.
- Done! Enjoy over rice or with mash and greens ! Bet there's none left!
