- 1 1/2-2 kg
- chicken pieces (any kind, with or without skin )
- 100 g
- 375 g
- fruit chutney
- 1 pkg
- dry french onion soup ( 40 grams )
How to Make Australian Chicken
- 1Place chicken pieces into oven proof dish.
- 2Mix together ingredients and pour over chicken.
- 3Cover with Alfoil and bake in hot oven (180-200)
for approx. 1 hour.
PLEASE NOTE : OVEN TEMP IS CELCIUS - SOME MAY HAVE TO CONVERT !!!!
- 4Lower temperature, remove alfoil and bake a further 15 mins.
- 5Done! Enjoy over rice or with mash and greens ! Bet there's none left!
