1 can(s)mushroom stems and pieces, drained

2 ctomato juice

1 1/2 cboiling water

1 ccheddar cheese, grated
How to Make Venison Rice Casserole
- Cook venison, onion, and rice in shortening until lightly browned. Add mushrooms, salt, tomato juice and boiling water. Bake in a greased casserole, covered, at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover dish and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts (about 7 - 10 minutes).
