Ingredients

  • 1 - onions, yellow, medium
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 small carrots, grated (not to fine)
  • 2 - apples
  • 1 - red pepper (paprika)
  • 1 - green pepper (paprika)
  • 100 milliliters leek (chopped)
  • 200 grams mushrooms, canned or fresh
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 - stock cube
  • 200-300 milliliters heavy cream
  • - salt and curry powder

How To Make vegetarian casserole

  • Step 1
    Start with putting the rice to boil.
  • Step 2
    Cut vegetables and fruits into small pieces and fry them in oil.
  • Step 3
    Add the mustard and tomato paste and stir.
  • Step 4
    Crumble the stock cube over and pour in the cream.
  • Step 5
    Seasoning with salt and curry powder to your taste. Let everything be hot.
  • Step 6
    Serve with rice and some baguette, gratinate with garlic butter. Choose a bread you like and put some garlic butter on top and roast in the oven a short while.
