tuna mac & cheese casserole
This is my take on my two favorite casseroles: Macaroni & Cheese and Tuna Casserole. This recipe serves 4, however, if you have a bigger family to feed, just double the recipe! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup chopped pimientos
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 bag egg noodles
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make tuna mac & cheese casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, drain but do not rinse.

Step 3Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 4Transfer egg noodles into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.

Step 5Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
