This is my take on my two favorite casseroles: Macaroni & Cheese and Tuna Casserole. This recipe serves 4, however, if you have a bigger family to feed, just double the recipe! Enjoy!

  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    half and half
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pimientos
  • 1/2 c
    frozen peas
  • 1/2 bag(s)
    egg noodles
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 oz
    monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Tuna Mac & Cheese Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, drain but do not rinse.
  3. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Transfer egg noodles into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
