This is my take on my two favorite casseroles: Macaroni & Cheese and Tuna Casserole. This recipe serves 4, however, if you have a bigger family to feed, just double the recipe! Enjoy!

Ingredients

cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c
half and half
1/4 c
chopped pimientos
1/2 c
frozen peas
1/2 bag(s)
egg noodles
4 oz
cheddar cheese (shredded)
4 oz
monterey jack cheese (shredded)
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp
bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Tuna Mac & Cheese Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, drain but do not rinse.
  • 3Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl and set aside.
  • 4Transfer egg noodles into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
  • 5Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
