This is my take on my two favorite casseroles: Macaroni & Cheese and Tuna Casserole. This recipe serves 4, however, if you have a bigger family to feed, just double the recipe! Enjoy!

Ingredients For tuna mac & cheese casserole

  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    half and half
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pimientos
  • 1/2 c
    frozen peas
  • 1/2 bag
    egg noodles
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 oz
    monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp

How To Make tuna mac & cheese casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    Prepare the egg noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, drain but do not rinse.

    Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl and set aside.

    Transfer egg noodles into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.

    Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
