tuna casserole
This was my great-grandmother's recipe. My apologies on the measurements. I don't measure stuff too often and have "guestimated" on the amounts. (I'm sure most of you know how to make gravy/rue anyhow.) This dish goes well with pinto beans and cornbread or with any green vegetable. My kids liked this when they were young. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can tuna, canned
- 1 bag lays potato chips
How To Make tuna casserole

Step 1Make a rue by melting butter, adding flour and milk. (Pour enough milk to make gravy.)

Step 2Crumble tuna and dump into gravy (juice too). Add salt and pepper to your taste.

Step 3Layer in casserole dish as follows: cover bottom of pan with tuna/gravy mixture, layer of chips. Finish off with potato chips on top.

Step 4Bake in oven. 350 to 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mixture sets.
