How to Make Tuna Casserole
- Make a rue by melting butter, adding flour and milk. (Pour enough milk to make gravy.)
- Crumble tuna and dump into gravy (juice too). Add salt and pepper to your taste.
- Layer in casserole dish as follows: cover bottom of pan with tuna/gravy mixture, layer of chips. Finish off with potato chips on top.
- Bake in oven. 350 to 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mixture sets.
