- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 bag tater tots
How To Make tater tot beef casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees

Step 2Brown the beef with the onions and garlic. Add the frozen peas, mushroom soup and milk. Cook until well incorporated. Place in a baking pan. Top with half the cheese then the tater tots.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes adding the rest of the cheese during the last 5 minutes
