Ingredients

1 large can(s)
cream of potato soup
1 large
potato
12 oz
reblochon cheese
3 stalk(s)
chinese leeks
2 1/2 c
bacon bites
2 Tbsp
i can't believe its not butter
1/3 c
white wine
A few pinch
sea salt, fresh parsley and black pepper to taste
One small
toe of fresh garlic
2 c
milk

How to Make Tartiflette

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash and peel potato then cut into cubes
  • 2Wash the leeks and dice as well as you can
  • 3Pre heat oven to 450* while that warms up Use a cheese grater and grate the cheese
  • 4Open the can of cream of potato soup and put it in a medium pot on stove on medium heat add half the cheese,milk, leeks salt pepper and bacon bits in a another pot boil water for raw potato pieces
  • 5Add potato pieces to mixture and stir until evenly blended
  • 6Grease the casseroll dish with butter and add the ingrediants to the dish sprinkle the rest of cheese evenly over mixture and put it in oven cook until golden brown about 15 mins
  • 7Remove from oven serve and enjoy :)
