Ingredients

1 large can(s)cream of potato soup
-
1 largepotato
-
12 ozreblochon cheese
-
3 stalk(s)chinese leeks
-
2 1/2 cbacon bites
-
2 Tbspi can't believe its not butter
-
1/3 cwhite wine
-
A few pinchsea salt, fresh parsley and black pepper to taste
-
One smalltoe of fresh garlic
-
2 cmilk
How to Make Tartiflette
- Wash and peel potato then cut into cubes
- Wash the leeks and dice as well as you can
- Pre heat oven to 450* while that warms up Use a cheese grater and grate the cheese
- Open the can of cream of potato soup and put it in a medium pot on stove on medium heat add half the cheese,milk, leeks salt pepper and bacon bits in a another pot boil water for raw potato pieces
- Add potato pieces to mixture and stir until evenly blended
- Grease the casseroll dish with butter and add the ingrediants to the dish sprinkle the rest of cheese evenly over mixture and put it in oven cook until golden brown about 15 mins
- Remove from oven serve and enjoy :)
