Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground italian sausage
  • 1 medium green pepper diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 16 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes pureed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cubed velvetta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups 4 cheese blend shredded cheese or sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make tallerini (cheesy italian pasta)

  • Step 1
    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Drain and toss with butter. Set a sided.
  • Step 2
    Brown the beef and pork with green pepper, onion, and garlic until cooked.
  • Step 3
    Mix in all ingredients except 4 cheese blend.
  • Step 4
    Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top with cheese and bake 15 more minutes.
