Ingredients
- 1 lb. - ground beef
- 1. 25 oz. - packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 oz.) - can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup - chopped green bell pepper
- 1-1/2 cups - macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 cup - (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup - sour cream
How To Make taco twist

Step 1In a skillet, brown the ground beef, and then drain off any excess grease.

Step 2Return cooked beef to the skillet.

Step 3Stir in the taco seasoning mix, the tomato sauce, and the green peppers.

Step 4Keep stirring the meat mixture while bringing this to a boil.

Step 5Once the taco meat mixture comes to a boil, then remove skillet from the heat.

Step 6Combine together, the macaroni, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, the and sour cream.

Step 7Place macaroni mixture on bottom of one 2-1/2 to 3 quart casserole baking dish.

Step 8Top macaroni mixture with the meat mixture.

Step 9Sprinkle on the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 10Cover, and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
