This is everyone's favorite at the holidays. This recipe came from a dear friend of mine "Nettie" it is as awesome as she is!

method Convection Oven

Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

  • 4 c
    mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 2
    eggs(well beaten)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    pecans
  • 1/3 c
    butter

How To Make sweet potato casserole

  • 1
    In large bowl combine sweet potatoes,butter,eggs,sugar,vanilla,&milk. mix well & put into a 13x9x2 pan.

    For the topping mix the sugar,flour,pecans & butter until crumbly. Cover sweet potato mixture with it.

    Bake for 30 mins at 350.
