Ingredients
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/1/4 cup half and half
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 pound spaghetti cooked
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 26 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
How To Make spasanga (spaghetti lasagna)

Step 1Combine first 9 ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for 30 minutes or until set.

Step 2Meanwhile cook beef and pork with garlic until done. Add spaghetti sauce and basil.

Step 3Remove casserole from oven cut into squares. Top with sauce. sprinkle with extra parmesan if desired.
