2 lb
boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 c
thinly sliced onions separated into rings
3 clove
garlic minced
1/2 c
water
1 Tbsp
hungarian paprika
1/4 tsp
chicken flavored granules
8 oz
plain low fat yogurt
1 Tbsp
flour
3 c
cooked noodles

How to Make Skinny Chicken Paprikash

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut chicken into pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Set aside. Add oil to pan. Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic.
  • 2Combine the water, paprika, and chicken bouillon. Add to chicken mixture. Cook about 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • 3Remove chicken mixture from pan with slotted spoon reserving the liquid. Mix the yogurt and flour stirring until no lumps left. Add to the liquid in pan. Cook 2 or 3 minutes to thicken.
  • 4Serve chicken mixture over noodles topped with sauce.
