boneless skinless chicken thighs
thinly sliced onions separated into rings
chicken flavored granules
plain low fat yogurt
How to Make Skinny Chicken Paprikash
1Cut chicken into pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Set aside. Add oil to pan. Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic.
2Combine the water, paprika, and chicken bouillon. Add to chicken mixture. Cook about 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
3Remove chicken mixture from pan with slotted spoon reserving the liquid. Mix the yogurt and flour stirring until no lumps left. Add to the liquid in pan. Cook 2 or 3 minutes to thicken.
4Serve chicken mixture over noodles topped with sauce.
