Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced onions separated into rings
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon hungarian paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken flavored granules
- 8 ounces plain low fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 cups cooked noodles
How To Make skinny chicken paprikash

Step 1Cut chicken into pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Set aside. Add oil to pan. Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic.

Step 2Combine the water, paprika, and chicken bouillon. Add to chicken mixture. Cook about 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

Step 3Remove chicken mixture from pan with slotted spoon reserving the liquid. Mix the yogurt and flour stirring until no lumps left. Add to the liquid in pan. Cook 2 or 3 minutes to thicken.

Step 4Serve chicken mixture over noodles topped with sauce.
