2 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbspolive oil
1 cthinly sliced onions separated into rings
3 clovegarlic minced
1 Tbsphungarian paprika
1/4 tspchicken flavored granules
8 ozplain low fat yogurt
3 ccooked noodles
How to Make Skinny Chicken Paprikash
- Cut chicken into pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Set aside. Add oil to pan. Add chicken and cook for about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic.
- Combine the water, paprika, and chicken bouillon. Add to chicken mixture. Cook about 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Remove chicken mixture from pan with slotted spoon reserving the liquid. Mix the yogurt and flour stirring until no lumps left. Add to the liquid in pan. Cook 2 or 3 minutes to thicken.
- Serve chicken mixture over noodles topped with sauce.
