Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 10 ounces enchilada sauce canned
- 2 tablespoons green chiles, mild chopped
- 1 package flour tortillas (8-12)
- 2 1/2 cups cheese, mexican blend shredded
- 1/2 cup olives, pitted
How To Make skillet enchiladas

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies.

Step 2Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 3Microwave tortillas until soft. Roll 1/4 c of cheese into each tortilla and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover in sauce and sprinkle 1/2 c cheese and olives over top, if desired.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so.
