- 4 - potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
How To Make scalloped sausage and potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Brown sausage

Step 3Put half of potatoes in casserole dish, top with half of flour, half of salt, and half of onions

Step 4Add half of sausage, top with half of cheese

Step 5Repeat steps 3-4, pour milk over all

Step 6Bake at 350 for an hour or until potatoes are done
