onion, chopped

flour
1/4 tsp
salt
4 oz
extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
milk

How to Make Scalloped Sausage and Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350
  • 2Brown sausage
  • 3Put half of potatoes in casserole dish, top with half of flour, half of salt, and half of onions
  • 4Add half of sausage, top with half of cheese
  • 5Repeat steps 3-4, pour milk over all
  • 6Bake at 350 for an hour or until potatoes are done
