This is a great ALL IN ONE dish for that busy evening or covered dish. cook everything ahead and just toss it together last min. Add a veg and salad and you've got a meal..

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sausage
- 16 ounces noodles, cooked
- 28 ounces sauerkraut, canned
- 2 tablespoons butter/margarine
How To Make sausage, noodle and kraut casserole

Step 1Brown sausage, break up as it cooks, drain off grease. Cook Noodles according to package, DO NOT over cook.

Step 2Layer in a 13 X 9 baking pan. Half of the noodles, half of the sausage, half of the sauerkraut (no need to heat kraut) Repeat layers in order again, then dot with the butter.

Step 3Bake in 350 degree over for 30-40 min. or until heated through and the top is starting to brown. This is an old depression recipe that my Grandmother would make.
