- 1 1/2 pounds bulk sausage
- 9 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard
How To Make sausage egg casserole

Step 1Brown sausage. Drain well. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Add bread cubes. Combine all and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
