Ingredients For sausage egg casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    bulk sausage
  • 9
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 slice
    bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated cheese
  • 1 tsp
    mustard

How To Make sausage egg casserole

  • 1
    Brown sausage. Drain well. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Add bread cubes. Combine all and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
