One day I wanted something different but easy. So I just started putting stuff in the skillet. Now we have it all the time. Really good when we are having company. Goes a long way.

Ingredients For sausage casserole

4 pkgpolish style saudage(i use beef)

3 Tbspchili powder

1med onion (diced)

1 smcan green chilis

1 tspsalt,pepper and garlic salt.

2 boxpasta(i use rotini)

1 boxvelveeta cheese
How To Make sausage casserole

1Dice sausage and mix into large skillet with onion, green chili's, salt, pepper and garlic. Fry until onions are soft. Add chili power until it mixed and has coated the meat. Spoon meat mixture onto a paper towel to absorb grease.

2Boil pasta until soft and rinse with cold water.

3Cut up the box of cheese onto cubes and melt in the microwave. Stir about every two to three minutes to prevent burning.

4Mix all ingredients together.
