One day I wanted something different but easy. So I just started putting stuff in the skillet. Now we have it all the time. Really good when we are having company. Goes a long way.

Ingredients

  • 4 packages polish style saudage(i use beef)
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 - med onion (diced)
  • 1 small can green chilis
  • 1 teaspoon salt,pepper and garlic salt.
  • 2 boxes pasta(i use rotini)
  • 1 box velveeta cheese

How To Make sausage casserole

  • Step 1
    Dice sausage and mix into large skillet with onion, green chili's, salt, pepper and garlic. Fry until onions are soft. Add chili power until it mixed and has coated the meat. Spoon meat mixture onto a paper towel to absorb grease.
  • Step 2
    Boil pasta until soft and rinse with cold water.
  • Step 3
    Cut up the box of cheese onto cubes and melt in the microwave. Stir about every two to three minutes to prevent burning.
  • Step 4
    Mix all ingredients together.
