Ingredients

  • 14 oz
    kielbasa
  • 1 c
    white rice
  • 1 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes 14 1/2 oz
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2/3 c
    salsa sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    red kidney beans rinsed and drained

How to Make San Antonio Skillet Supper

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut sausage in half lengthwise; cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. In 10 inch skillet, combine rice, sausage and remaining ingredients; mix well, breaking up tomatoes with large spoon.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until all juices and water are absorbed. remove from heat; let stand covered 5 minutes.
