How to Make San Antonio Skillet Supper
- Cut sausage in half lengthwise; cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. In 10 inch skillet, combine rice, sausage and remaining ingredients; mix well, breaking up tomatoes with large spoon.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until all juices and water are absorbed. remove from heat; let stand covered 5 minutes.
