14 ozsauerkraut, canned, rinsed and well drained
1 cthousand island dressing
16 ozcorned beef, chopped
8 ozswiss cheese, shredded
6 slicerye bread
1 stickbutter or margarine, softened
How to Make Reuben Casserole
- Mix sauerkraut and dressing in small bowl. Spread into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Top with meat and cheese.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place on top, butter side up.
- Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Place under broiler if you want the bread to be browned more.
