bone-in loin pork chops
potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
cheddar cheese soup
cream of celery soup
dried parsley flakes
How to Make Pork Chops and Potatoes Casserole
1Butter 9 x 13 baking dish. Place sliced potatoes evenly on bottom. Dot with thin slices of butter. Grind fresh black pepper to taste.
2Mix cheddar and celery soups together with milk and parsley flakes. Add a few drops of hot sauce if desired. Pour evenly over potatoes.
3Place pork chops on top of potatoes, evenly. Season with the worcestershire sauce and some Greek or other seasoning to taste.
4Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour or until potatoes are done. Pork chops can be turned over halfway through if desired.
