pasta del mar
I came up with this recipe while trying to think of something special for my parents anniversary, then I remembered a recipe a lady I use to babysit for had for chicken; chicken not being what I would call a 'special occasion meat, I decided to substitute seafood. What started out to be a lobster and shrimp dish grew into this. I also like to throw in a handful of sauted chopped baby bellas. Enjoy, and let me know what you think

Ingredients
- 1/3 pound shrimp
- 1/3 pound scallops
- 1/3 pound crab meat
- 2 - good size lobster tails
- 1 package 8 oz.favorite pasta
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/3-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make pasta del mar

Step 1cook the pasta according to package instructions; saute the seafood in order; lobster, shelled and devained shrimp, fish scallops, and crab

Step 2melt the butter in a sauce pan and add flour, stirring until a golden paste forms; whisk in the cream until slightly thickened and add the cheese

Step 3when cooked, combine the fish, pasta, cream sauce in a baking

Step 4bake at 400 until golden and bubbly. Serve with a tossed salad and garlic bread
