Mom made this alot mostly because Dad liked it. I have since revised it so my children would eat it.Don't make it much anymore cause kids have all left home.

Ingredients
- 1 pound groundbeef
- 1 small onion [diced fine]
- 2 medium celery ribs [diced fine]
- 1 quart home made canned tomatoes
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 box macaroni, cooked
- REVISED RECIPE
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans tomato juice
- 1 can tomato soup[ no water]
- 1/2 box macaroni, cooked
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
How To Make moms goulash

Step 1Brown ground beef,onion,and celery till pink is out of meat. Drain off grease.

Step 2Add salt, pepper,and chili powder cook for about 2 minutes stiring to blend flavors.

Step 3Add homemade canned tomatoes and juice.

Step 4Add macaroni and cook on low till heated through and flavors blend.

Step 5Revised version cook groundbeef till all pink is out of meat.Drain grease.

Step 6Add tomato juice,and tomato soup. Stir well.

Step 7Add macaroni, salt, and pepper, cook on low till heated through and flavors blend.
