Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, boiled, deboned, save broth
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 21/2 cups saved chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 packages mexican cornbread mix
How To Make mexican dressing

Step 1Stir everything together except chicken and cornbread mix.

Step 2Stir in cornbread mix, then chicken.

Step 3Pour into pan sprayed with PAM and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until set.
