- 1 pound ground beef
- 0.5 cup chopped onion
- 10 ounces enchilda sauce
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag crushed tortilla chips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make mexican cassarole

Step 1Mix enchilada sauce, soup, ranch style beans, and tomatoes.

Step 2Brown ground beef and onions. Add to soup mixture. crush tortilla chips and spread over the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Step 3Pour beef and soup mixture over the chips. Cover with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
