Ingredients For mexican cassarole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 0.5 c
    chopped onion
  • 10 oz
    enchilda sauce
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can
    ranch style beans
  • 0.5 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag
    crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup

How To Make mexican cassarole

  • 1
    Mix enchilada sauce, soup, ranch style beans, and tomatoes.

    Brown ground beef and onions. Add to soup mixture. crush tortilla chips and spread over the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

    Pour beef and soup mixture over the chips. Cover with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
