Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 can (16 ounce) baked beans
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
How To Make meatball and baked bean casserole.

Step 1Mix ground beef, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt, and pepper. With wet hands, shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.

Step 2Brown in a large skillet in butter with onions.

Step 3Cover, cook over low heat 10 minutes. Drain off fat, if any.

Step 4Add mixture of baked beans, 1/8 tsp. salt, catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
