An easy, delicious casserole. The first meal I ever made as a new bride and it was wonderful. Serve with a salad and rolls.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
evaporated milk
2/3 c
bread crumbs
1 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
butter
1 c
sliced onion
1 can(s)
(16 ounce) baked beans
1/8 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
catsup
1/4 tsp
dry mustard

Step-By-Step

1Mix ground beef, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt, and pepper.
With wet hands, shape into 16 balls.
2Brown in skillet in butter with onions.
3Cover, cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Drain off fat, if any.
4Add mixture of baked beans, 1/8 tsp. salt, catsup and dry mustard.
Cover and heat.
