meat-macaroni casserole
I call this Spam Casserole, but I don't tell people it has Spam until they've tasted it. For some reason Spam is a little off-putting.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can campbell's cream of cerlery soup
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- dash - pepper
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 12 ounces can spam, cut in 1/2 inch or smaller cubes
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can 10 oz tomatoes and peppers, drained
How To Make meat-macaroni casserole

Step 1In medium skillet, melt butter; cook onion till tender but not brown. Stir in Cream of Celery soup, canned tomatoes and peppers, thyme, and pepper.

Step 2Fold in macaroni and Spam. Turn into 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or till hot.
