2Unroll one roll of crescent rolls and press into bottom of pan. Place corned beef on top. Drain and squeeze out as much moisture as you can from sauerkraut. Mix sauerkraut with caraway seeds and layer on top of meat.
3Next layer is thousand island dressing. Then lay the cheese on top of that.
4Unroll the other tube of crescents and lay over top of the cheese. Brush the top with egg white.
