Ingredients
- 2 tubes crescent roll refrigerated
- 16 ounces sliced swiss cheese
- 1 pound deli corned beef
- 14 ounces sauerkraut
- 3 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 medium jar thousand island dressing
- 1 large egg white slightly beaten
How To Make layered reuben crescent casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees Grease a 9x13 pan.

Step 2Unroll one roll of crescent rolls and press into bottom of pan. Place corned beef on top. Drain and squeeze out as much moisture as you can from sauerkraut. Mix sauerkraut with caraway seeds and layer on top of meat.

Step 3Next layer is thousand island dressing. Then lay the cheese on top of that.

Step 4Unroll the other tube of crescents and lay over top of the cheese. Brush the top with egg white.

Step 5Bake about 20 minutes until golden
