Ingredients

  • 10 c
    my bechamel sauce
  • 15 c
    my italian red sauce
  • 2 box
    lasagna sheets
  • 2 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • ·
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • ·
    black pepper, freshly ground

How to Make Lasagna for a crowd

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350F. In a large lasagna dish layer 5 cups red sauce, 2 1/4 cups bechamel sauce & lasagna sheets, repeat twice.
  2. On top layer of the lasagna, layer 3 1/4 cups of bechamel sauce, 2 cups of parmigiano-reggiano and sprinkle with the nutmeg and black pepper.
  3. Cook for about 1 hour or until a butter knife slides thru the lasagna sheets easily. Remove from oven and let stand for about 20 minutes before serving.
