10 cmy bechamel sauce
15 cmy italian red sauce
2 boxlasagna sheets
2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated
·freshly grated nutmeg
·black pepper, freshly ground
How to Make Lasagna for a crowd
- Heat oven to 350F. In a large lasagna dish layer 5 cups red sauce, 2 1/4 cups bechamel sauce & lasagna sheets, repeat twice.
- On top layer of the lasagna, layer 3 1/4 cups of bechamel sauce, 2 cups of parmigiano-reggiano and sprinkle with the nutmeg and black pepper.
- Cook for about 1 hour or until a butter knife slides thru the lasagna sheets easily. Remove from oven and let stand for about 20 minutes before serving.
