Ingredients
- 10 cups my bechamel sauce
- 15 cups my italian red sauce
- 2 boxes lasagna sheets
- 2 cups parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- - freshly grated nutmeg
- - black pepper, freshly ground
How To Make lasagna for a crowd

Step 1Heat oven to 350F. In a large lasagna dish layer 5 cups red sauce, 2 1/4 cups bechamel sauce & lasagna sheets, repeat twice.

Step 2On top layer of the lasagna, layer 3 1/4 cups of bechamel sauce, 2 cups of parmigiano-reggiano and sprinkle with the nutmeg and black pepper.

Step 3Cook for about 1 hour or until a butter knife slides thru the lasagna sheets easily. Remove from oven and let stand for about 20 minutes before serving.
