This recipe came from my mother-in-law, it's one of ,y husband's favorites.

She always says's it's a great use of leftover mashed potatoes. Hah! We never have leftover mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 can(s)
peas, drained (i use frozen pras)
2 c
mashed potatoes (you can use instant in a pinch, i often use garlic mashed potatoes)
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce

How to Make Hamburger Pot Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef and onion, drain
  • 2Add worcestershire sauce and UNDILUTED tomato soup
  • 3Add peas (drain if you're using canned)
  • 4Place into greased casserole dish
  • 5Top with mashed potatoes
  • 6Bake in 350 degree oven for about a half hour, until potatoes start to brown
