Ingredients For ham, cheese and broccoli casserole

  • 1/2 lb
    angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    fully cooked cubed ham
  • 1 can
    (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can
    (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 c
    frozen thawed broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 can
    (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
  • 1-1/2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c
    toasted slivered almonds (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make ham, cheese and broccoli casserole

    In a large bowl, combine ham, soups, broccoli, mushrooms, milk. and 3/4 cup of cheese. Toss cooked pasta to coat with the ham mixture.

    Put mixture into greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. (optional). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
