Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups fully cooked cubed ham
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups frozen thawed broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds (optional)
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make ham, cheese and broccoli casserole

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine ham, soups, broccoli, mushrooms, milk. and 3/4 cup of cheese. Toss cooked pasta to coat with the ham mixture.
  • Step 2
    Put mixture into greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. (optional). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
