This is one of our favorite ways to use up leftover Easter ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1(8 oz.) bag broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
  • 1 can crem of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 16 ounces pasta (penne, spiral bow ties or macaroni
  • 1 package bernaise sauce mix

How To Make ham bernaise casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Cook veggies according to directions. Drain. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Prepare sauce according to directions.
  • Step 4
    Place pasta, ham, veggies and mushrooms in a large microwave safe bowl.
  • Step 5
    Add sauce and soup. Stir gently to mix well.
  • Step 6
    Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until heated through.
