Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 2 c
    cooked ham diced
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 8 oz
    cooked noodles
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 c
    green onions minced

How to Make Ham and Swiss Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Melt butter in saute pan and add onion and saute until onion is translucent.
  3. Mix together all ingredients except paprika and green onions. Pour into a casserole pan and top with paprika. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with green onions
