faux quiche breakfast bake
I have made this for my family for a while now. I love the sweet flavor that the brown sugar gives the meat and adding the tomatoes and broccoli just rounds up the flavors.

How To Make faux quiche breakfast bake
-
Step 1In an oblong 9" by 13" glass pan, place your meat. The heaviest things need to go on the bottom.
-
Step 2Next, sprinkle the brown sugar if you want it. It's optional.
-
Step 3Layer the spuds so they just touch and salt and pepper them
-
Step 4Sprinkle on the cheese and place the bread on the top. I cut the crusts off this type of bread as it's very strong. If you use white bread you don't have to.
-
Step 5Beat the eggs and add the tomatoes and broccoli to them. Pour evenly over the bread and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
