2Add beef and Worcestershire sauce (to taste), cumin and cilantro and brown, drain.
3Add can of beans and some of the enchilada sauce. Heat through
4Line bottom of a casserole dish with tortillas and pour on some of the enchilada sauce. Add a layer of the meat mixture and a layer of jack (or cheddar) cheese to cover, add some sauce and another layer of tortillas. Add the second layer of meat mixture (using it all) and a layer of pepper jack cheese to cover. Pour on remaining sauce
5Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with sour cream and if you have it, guacamole.
