Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chiles, diced 4 oz.
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 bag doritos, nacho cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make doritos mexican casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat in skillet, drain fat, add onion and sauté. Add soups, sauce, green chilies, and milk. Mix well in skillet and warm.

Step 2Assemble in 9x13 pan. Spread 1/2 meat mixture, then Doritos, and cheese. Then repeat, ending with cheese on top.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
