This is the most requested dinner in my household. It's crazy cheesy and simple. Obviously, this is an enormous quantity..that's because I doubled the original so we can have left-overs.

Ingredients For dorito casserole

  • 3 lb
    boneless chicken--shredded (hamburger / sausage mixture can be used)
  • 1-2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can
    rotel
  • 32 oz
    velveeta cheese
  • 1 lg
    onion-minced
  • 1-2 bag
    nacho cheese flavor dorito chips--or 1 family size bag...i crush the chips before i take them out of the bag

How To Make dorito casserole

    In saucepan, Mix broth, soups, rotel and velveeta and stir until melted and well mixed together
  • 2
    In Baking dish, spray with cooking spray. Layer Doritos, chicken & onion.

    Layer mixture from sauce pan
  • 4
    Continue layers ending with chips on top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min.
