Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans 4 oz whole green chilies (cut in half crosswise and seeded)
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- several dash tabasco, to taste
How To Make chilies rellenos bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef and onion. Drain the fat and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

Step 2Place half the chilies in a 9 x 13 baking dish or a lasagna pan. Sprinkle with cheese and top with meat mixture. Place the rest of the chilies over the meat.

Step 3Combine the remaining ingredients, beating until smooth. Pour over the meat and chilies mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted off center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes.
