chili rellenos casserole
Most of the time I make "real" Chili Rellenos, but when I'm short on time I make this recipe. To me, it's a second to the real ones but I like it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 2 cans whole green chilies
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon red pepper or to your taste
How To Make chili rellenos casserole

Step 1Brown ground meat and onions. Add salt and pepper. Add about 1 Tablespoon red pepper or to your taste.

Step 2In a casserole place whole green chilies on bottom. Add half the cheese. Add meat mixture. Add rest of cheese and chopped chilies.

Step 3Mix eggs and milk, add flour, mix well. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350* for about 50 minutes. Check on dish about 1/2 way through and cover with foil if getting too brown.
