- - 10 eggs, beaten
- - 1 stick butter, melted
- - 1/2 cup flour
- - 1 pint cottage cheese
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - 1 lb. pepper jack cheese, grated
- - 2-3 (4 oz.) cans diced chilies
How To Make chile egg casserole

Step 1Mix everything together and pour into a glass 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2Bake at 400 for the first 15 minutes, then for the next 30 minutes at 350. Should be golden brown on top.

Step 3Serve with hot sauce, salsa, or sour cream.
