Ingredients

10 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1 pint cottage cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 lb. pepper jack cheese, grated
2-3 (4 oz.) cans diced chilies

How to Make Chile Egg Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix everything together and pour into a glass 9x13 baking dish.
  • 2Bake at 400 for the first 15 minutes, then for the next 30 minutes at 350.
    Should be golden brown on top.
  • 3Serve with hot sauce, salsa, or sour cream.
