Ingredients
- - 1 large bag semi-cooked broccoli or small depending on serving size (i cook this in chicken broth)
- - chicken cooked and chuncked. (i cook a whole chicken and used the broth for the broccoli) gives lots of flavor
- - 1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 to - 1 to 2 cans cream of chicken, celery, or mushroom soup your choice
- - shredded cheese (cheddar) sharp or mild
- 1 tbs - lemon juice (bottled)
How To Make chicken that's special

Step 1Place cooked chicken in the bottom of 8x8 or 9x13 dish, add semi-cooked broccoli. In bowl mix mayonnaise, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 to 2 cans of cream of soup. Mix well and pour over broccoli and chicken. Spread shredded cheese over all and bake 30 in 350 degree oven.
