Chicken that's Special

My grandchildren eat supper with us every Monday night. This is a dish they ask for all the time. Taste's great reheated. (If there's any left)

1 large bag semi-cooked broccoli or small depending on serving size (i cook this in chicken broth)
chicken cooked and chuncked. (i cook a whole chicken and used the broth for the broccoli) gives lots of flavor
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1 to
1 to 2 cans cream of chicken, celery, or mushroom soup your choice
shredded cheese (cheddar) sharp or mild
1 tbs
lemon juice (bottled)


1Place cooked chicken in the bottom of 8x8 or 9x13 dish, add semi-cooked broccoli. In bowl mix mayonnaise, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 to 2 cans of cream of soup. Mix well and pour over broccoli and chicken. Spread shredded cheese over all and bake 30 in 350 degree oven.
