Made this for over 25 years now. Easy to make and very YUMMY!!!!!

Ingredients

  • - 1 c dry rice, 1 c milk, 1 t salt
  • - 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup or desired tastes for your family, 2 green onions cut up
  • - 1 chicken cut up or about 6 breasts & butter

How To Make chicken & rice bake

  • Step 1
    In a 13 by 9 inch well greased pan sprinkle rice on bottom pour milk over rice & sprinkle with salt
  • Step 2
    Put pieces of raw chicken on top. Mix together soups and chopped green onion. Pour over chicken and rice. Dot with butter Bake uncovered at 325 for 2 hours Enjoy
