Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3-4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bisquick
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
How To Make chicken dumpling casserole

Step 1melt butter and pour into bottom of 9x13 pan

Step 2lay cooked chicken on the butter (do not stir)

Step 3wisk milk & bisquik together and pour over the chicken

Step 4wisk chicken broth and can of cream of chicken soup together and pour over all.

Step 5bake 400 for 35-45 min.

Step 6NOTE: Bisquick alternative is 1 C flour + 1 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1/8 tsp salt.
